He wanted a multi-sport court that included a full regulation pickleball court for the adults, alongside a regulation basketball key and 3-point line for the kids. His home is already a gathering spot for loved ones, and this new installation has transformed it into a space that offers endless hours of fun and competition.

Creating the Vision: Aaron’s Backyard Court

To bring Aaron’s vision to life, our team recommended Slam Man Elite tiles, the most versatile sports surface available. These tiles deliver excellent traction, consistent bounce and professional-level play, making them ideal for both pickleball and basketball. With this surface, the court performs beautifully while offering durability that will stand the test of time. The customer chose an overall slab size of 10.36m x 17.5m. This allowed us to design and deliver a complete solution that included:

• A full, regulation-size pickleball court
• A regulation basketball key with 3-point line, installed sideways in the centre of the area
• A stylish blue pickleball court with white, glow-in-the-dark line markings
• A contrasting grey basketball key with yellow line markings for clear separation
• A smart grey border tile that frames the entire court

The outcome is a multi-purpose court that maximises the available space, keeps both adults and kids happy, and looks incredible during the day and even more striking at night thanks to the glow-in-the-dark detailing. The combination of blue, grey, white and yellow creates a clean, professional finish that blends style with practicality. Aaron’s backyard is now more than just a play area.
