In September 2023, Sports Courts Victoria partnered with a leading residential developer to deliver a custom-built multi-sports court in the stunning coastal suburb of Jan Juc. The court was a key feature of the developer’s private home, which aired nationally on Channel 9’s Australia’s Best House in July 2024. Designed to match a “lifestyle resort” concept, this project demanded precision, durability and premium aesthetics — and that’s exactly what we delivered.

Multi-sports court tiles for a true Jan Juc backyard resort

The brief was to create a 7m x 14m court surface that would support basketball, pickleball, and soccer, all while complementing the architectural tone of the property. Our solution: Slam Man multi-sports court tiles — selected for their durability, all-weather grip, and modern appearance.

We installed the tiles in a sleek combination of charcoal blue and dark grey, with white line markings to define each sport clearly and professionally. The result is a space that’s not only highly functional but also a visual centrepiece for the home.

Built to impress – and it did

With a national television audience and a tight project timeline, every detail had to be perfect. From design consultation to final installation, we worked closely with the property developer and builder to deliver a court that matched the high standards of the home.

This project has been described by industry experts as a “Master Work”, and we’re proud to have played a part in it.
