Ingenia – Swan Bay Holiday Park

Set in the coastal surrounds of Swan Bay Holiday Park, this dual-stage court upgrade has become a real highlight for guests and locals alike. What began as a half basketball court quickly turned into a full revamp of the park’s existing tennis area. The result: a multi-sport court featuring Slam Man tiles for tennis, basketball and pickleball – all installed by Sports Courts Victoria.

Slam Man tiles upgrade old asphalt tennis courts

The project began with a 9m x 12.5m basketball court in light blue and charcoal blue, installed in November 2022. With immediate positive feedback from guests and staff, park management decided to extend the upgrade to the worn-out asphalt tennis courts.

Instead of removing the existing base, we installed our durable Slam Man sport court tiles directly over the surface – a cost-effective and long-lasting solution. The new 17m x 33m tennis court features a fresh mix of light blue, blue and grey tiles, providing excellent ball bounce, player comfort, and visual appeal.

Tennis, basketball and now pickleball all-on-one court in Swan Bay

As soon as the new surface was complete, members of a local pickleball club expressed interest in using the court. We quickly returned to add pickleball line markings, expanding the court’s use without the need for additional space. It’s now a true multi-sport facility that’s actively used by both visitors and the broader Swan Bay community.
