Slam Man courts hit the spotlight: pickleball comes to Tamworth

Sports Courts Victoria’s Slam Man pickleball courts have officially hit the national stage — featured on Channel 7 news!

As the fastest-growing sport in the world continues to explode in popularity, we’re proud to have played a part in helping Tamworth, Northern NSW join the action in style. Two full-size, custom-designed Slam Man pickleball courts were recently installed at The Pickle Pit — a brand new venue welcoming players of all ages and skill levels.

DIY delivery, pro-level play

We custom-built the courts in our Victorian warehouse and shipped them directly to Tamworth for a smooth, self-install experience. Thanks to our DIY-friendly modular system, the team at The Pickle Pit were able to assemble and install both courts themselves — no heavy machinery or specialist installers required.

Our Slam Man surfaces are engineered for serious performance and long-lasting fun. They’re UV-stable, weather-tough, and built to take the heat of competitive play, whether you’re serving up a dink or smashing a game-winner.

A slam dunk for regional sport

Pickleball’s growing fanbase now has a sleek new home in Northern NSW — and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see The Pickle Pit come to life. It’s part of our mission to deliver high-quality courts anywhere in Australia, with easy DIY installation and custom colour options to suit any space.
