A slam dunk for a cause: Ettamogah court installation raises $27K for Cancer Council

At Sports Courts Victoria, we believe in more than just building elite-level courts — we believe in backing great people doing great things. That’s why we were proud to donate a custom-built court to support the Cancer Council, in partnership with the legends at Castles Landscaping and Earthworks.

Giving back, one court at a time

We’ve worked with the Castles team on a number of projects, and when they asked if we could contribute a court to raffle off for cancer research, the answer was an immediate yes. We donated a 4.1m x 6m Slam Man court, complete with a black key and dark grey outer — a sleek, performance-ready design that’s built to last.

The installation took place in Ettamogah, and while the final landscaping is still to come, we’re excited to share more photos once it’s all polished up.

A community slam dunk

Thanks to the incredible efforts of Trent and Alex from Castles Landscaping, the raffle was a slam dunk — raising an amazing $27,000 for the Cancer Council. It’s a fantastic result and a testament to the generosity and community spirit behind the project.

We’re honoured to have played a small part in making it happen.
