Sports Courts Victoria are the ultimate professionals. We had a 4 month setback with our install date and Jason honoured his initial quoted price, was always reaching out to see how we were tracking and always responded straight away with any queries we had. We couldn’t recommend this company enough, our quote was approximately half of what we were expecting to pay & the finished product definitely exceeded our expectations! The install team were so polite, meticulous and informative.
Such a great investment for the family to get outdoors and spend quality time together.
Absolutely rapt we went through these guys.

Jason and his crew were really kind and chatty. They were pretty chill with our pet dog and even cut off a few branches of our tree so that it was easier to play on. They did the job fast as well.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your lovely review, Helen! I'm delighted to hear that Jason and the team made you feel comfortable and provided friendly, accommodating service. Your feedback means a lot to us.

We couldn’t be happier with our new 7.5m x 11m basketball court installed by Sports Courts Victoria. The finished court looks absolutely amazing and has completely transformed the space. The quality and overall appearance have exceeded our expectations.
The pricing was very affordable compared with what we expected, and the value for money has been fantastic. What really stood out, though, was the communication throughout the entire process. It was outstanding from start to finish, making the whole experience easy and stress-free.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers a great result, offers competitive pricing and genuinely communicates well with its customers.

Response from the owner:Fifi Fido,
We have no record of you ever contacting, purchasing from, or having any dealings with Sports Courts Victoria.
Interestingly, we have also been receiving suspicious emails offering to remove fake one-star Google reviews, often just a day or two after these reviews appear.
The timing is far too coincidental to ignore, and we have serious concerns that these reviews and emails may be connected.
Posting a one-star rating with absolutely no explanation, particularly when we have no record of you as a customer, raises serious questions about the legitimacy of this review.
We have worked extremely hard to build our outstanding reputation, and we will not tolerate attempts to unfairly damage it.
If you are a genuine customer, we invite you to provide details of your dealings with our business so we can investigate. Otherwise, we request that you remove this seemingly fraudulent rating immediately.
This review, along with our concerns regarding the suspicious emails, has been reported to Google for investigation.
